Letting go old hatreds and anger: no longer needing to hold onto their sense of power, control, and defense to cover up helplessness and hurt.
Letting go old hatreds and anger: no longer storing their corrosive destructive power in the body. Releasing it with breath and compassion.
I promise to never again play power games: rejecting others and the world before they can reject me. It is heart-breakingly lonely to sit in isolation in a self-made tower of arrogance above all others. And there is no truth or dignity in the flip-side of being less than a few.
Letting go old hatreds and anger: I let it leave my system – without resistance, judgments, or story.
To live again in newness: untold and open.
To live open and receptive to all, with a tempered unfrightened heart.
