No Mother welcomed me into her womb,
No Father welcomed me as his child,
No Family welcomed me as a member,
No Friends welcomed me into their circle,
No Community welcomed me into their tribe,
No Partner welcomed me into their heart,
No school welcomed me as a student,
No Guru welcomed me at their feet,
No Ashram welcomed me as a servant,
No Sangha welcomed me as a brother,
No Society welcomed me as a citizen.
The phenomenal world has no place for me.
But places are man-made mind constructions.
I am endlessly welcomed here and now,
by my beloved, in the vastness of space.
